Yes Opal is an Australian company and we only sell 100% Australian natural opal. We don’t sell any lab-created opal or opals from other countries, such as Ethiopia or Mexico. 

 Opal guarantee: All opal products use 100% Australian natural opal.  

 If you are not happy with the opal you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw, we will refund you within 14 days after you receive the item. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund immediately. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping from our customers to us. All items must be in their original condition and not damaged, or altered in any shape or form.  

 All orders from this website are processed in US dollars.

 Your purchase will be shipped within 3 days of your payment confirmation and delivered by Australian Post. All items are sent via registered post with a tracking number.  Please contact us if you want your parcel insured. Not always but if it happens, the import duties, other taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If you provide the wrong address and the package is sent back to us, we will refund minus the shipping cost when it arrives back to us. If you want us to resend the package shipping will be charged again.
